It also seems to me anyone who whines against films never LOOK at the film long enough to realize their point is moot (same goes for the people who felt "The Silence of the Lambs" was anti-gay, which it openly wasn't).
Personally I found the film very empowering, and even John did. He said it took two views to fully get the film, but when you did it was a great experience.
