Yesterday was hard. I was supposed to pick up an extra ride since I have a horse show this weekend, but I never made it out to the barn. Instead, Felix's vet called in the early evening. His test results were back. They confirmed that his kidneys were indeed approaching 15 years old and no longer fully functioning. He had a buildup of toxins in his
