There was some talk of coming down here for a weekend or something, with a "side trip" to South Carolina. So, if you need a weekend getaway, let us know.

Will do. And it's still vaguely on the books/in the cards, just not sure exactly when or what the plan is.

And the weather warmed up. And PS melted....
We now have a window air conditioner in the bedroom (an old one from the garage).

Yes, many amusing stories but...

Done now?! :-)

Miss you. See you soon?

You can always crash with me if it gets unbearable.

I might just take you up on that at some point. I actually considered sending PS to one of the offerers-of-crash-space as he was really miserable in the heat. Now of course, it's chilly....

It will be worth it ... and then we can all have a big party at your house to warm it :) (See, just trying to find excuses to see you!).

Did you get my reply to your comment about meeting me for lunch last week?

Yes, there will be an *enormous* housewarming party. :-)

And yes, got your message, but it wasn't going to happen before you left for happy cruising! So I'll holler when you're back. *kiss*

Thank you, hon. It would be a bit of a haul for PS to get to work but if it gets bad, we'll holler.

And you have to come see the palatial manse once it is done!
