Urgh. What a jerk! And how sad that he doesn't even have enough self-awareness to know how badly he acted. I have to say, you're super nice. I would have texted back to the mutual friend exactly what was going on!

How awkward! I'm glad nothing bad happened to you but still...very..I hate situations where..man. It changes your view of people.
