Yup, although sims can't officially have Halloween parties last time I checked (I only have Nightlife and University EPs), if you download some costumes, props and such you can get them all together for a house party and just pretend it's a Halloween party (to be fair though, I didn't oficially throw a party, just got a load of my sims together. If I threw a party the police would be there every 5 seconds).

And Aki, I used the insimenator hack to get all my sims togehter (there's a "summoner" option to summon certain sims to a lot, and a "selectable" option to make guests playable characters). So I suggest either you download that, or there's a cheat you have to enter in the neighbourhood screen to get more people to your parties. I think it's "intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims 15" (If you want 15 guests... if not, just change the number)
