BigBang: artwork for 'The Taming of the You-Know-Who' by innie_darling
So today is the day that I post my second and final spn_j2_bigbang artwork for this year...I had so much fun working with such amazing authors this year that I'm sure I'll sign up again if there's another BigBang next year.
Anyway, today's artwork is for the GEN story ' The Taming of the You-Know-Who' by innie_darling. I know can you guys believe that I picked a gen fic? I was kinda shocked myself, but I loved the summary and it gave me flashbacks to reading Shakespeare in high school and watching teen fics all my live so I couldn't not pick it.
Here's the author summary that got me motivated while the art claims were going on.
Minor AU. Dean talks John into staying put for all of Sam's freshman year of
high school, and Sam is thrilled that he can make friends and have them over, that
he can act like any other kid his age. But when Sam develops a crush on a girl,
John lays down the law - Sam can't have a girlfriend until Dean settles down with
just one girl too - and that means Sam won't rest until he's come up with the
perfect plot.
I kinda loved that Dean talked John into staying put in one place just for Sam, but then it came back to kinda bite Sam on the butt because seriously Dean with just one girlfriend? Yeah right. *lol*
' The Taming of the You-Know-Who' turned out to be a really cute a nice read, and with all the angst and death fics that have been around lately I urge to you guys to give it try...

So just like the other day, I'd like to take a minute to thank audrarose and wendy for putting together the great BigBang this year. And again, thanks to all the people on my flist that I bugged about this particular post...figuring out a chubby Sam was a bit of work and kinda stressed me out a bit, so thanks for encouraging me. ;)
