This guy right here and his missing twin loooooove to experiment, Chicago. A silly little thing like being trapped in some windy American city isn't going to change that for the world, and you know what that means: having to scavenge for supplies, and trying to use materials never tested out before in spectacular new concoctions

And he turned away to his work. She blinked and cleared her head.]
I thought you'd already talked to them. They seemed friendly enough before.

[He puts the knife back down and retrieves a small vial from somewhere.] I'd like to study this matter later. It appears to have certain...interesting properties.
[Including evaporation, apparently; most of the stuff that wasn't on them appears to have gone, leaving only a faint sticky residue. Realizing this, he walks up to Judas and carefully removes a glop from her shoulder, the metal of his fingers skimming her skin slightly. He doesn't back off as he transfers the goo to the vial. His fingers are tingling slightly; that's a good indicator of magical phenomena. It doesn't usually feel quite like that, though, and he looks at Judas oddly for a moment, as if she suddenly presents some sort of enigma.]

[He continues to stare her down, but now his expression is more calculating. He feels a bit odd, something's clearly messing with his circuits, but she's acting rather strangely herself. As a human, she'd likely suffer worse effects from the substance, and right now he's more concerned about her. Mostly because he doesn't want to have to lug her across the city tonight. Yeah.]
It may contain some magical residue. How do you feel?

[How does she feel? That's a bit loaded if you keep looking at her like that.]
About the same, I guess.
[She looks at the stuff in the vial.] Got any guesses on what it does?

But you may wish to wash it off. This would be an inconvenient time for you to fall ill. [His eyes skim her up and down; she definitely has a lot on her. Or enough, anyway. Maybe she should go take a shower. They have time for that, he's sure.]

What about you?

[It's all sorts of lies. Machines and magic really don't mix. Mainly it's because the only part of him that's really him to touch it has been his hand, and it's since stopped tingling, so it's probably okay. But even though he's pretty sure the rest of it is down to Chicago being a bitch, he slips off his coat, the most gel-covered piece of clothing by far, and tosses it on the couch.] Once I acquire a suitable test subject, we'll see exactly what it is capable of.
