Remember that Xehanort, Maleficent, Pete, The Mysterious Figure, and Yen Sid are not available as appable characters, and as such, any and all applications for them will be immediately rejected.

If you're applying for a KH-character, you must fill it out additional history for the character to account for the passage of time between the end of Kingdom Hearts re:Coded and the start of the game. Do the same if you're apping a character as having been involved in events before the start of the RP, pointing out when they joined the Order or Xehanort in regards to their canon.
Affiliation/: Put Either Keyblade Order, Xehanort, or Neutral. Keyblade Order = Good guys, Xehanort = legion of villains led by Xehanort and Maleficent, Other means people who are doing their own thing.
Initial World area: Put Keyblade Order, Xehanort's forces, or Neutral here.
Usefulness: For those who land on a world controlled by Xehanort, why should he and his faction be interested in trying to recruit you instead of just throwing you in the dungeon or killing you if they come across you.
Rank: For members of the Keyblade Order only or Xehanort's forces only.
Either put New Student, Keyblade Wielder, Keyblade Master, or Other. Note that while the New Student rank could be those without a keyblade, obviously the Wielder and Master ranks need to posses keyblades. If you are applying for a full fledged Keyblade Wielder or Master, you need to have when they originally joined and how long you figured they took to reach that rank in the history section.
For those aligned with Xehanort, but either General or Henchman. For a character being the rank of a general, explain why Xehanort and Maleficent should've given the the consideration to make your character a General.
Special Powers: List all of the special abilities this character has, whether inborn such as magic or acquired such as with technological assistance.
Other Skills: What is your character good at beyond the obvious hitting first and asking questions later? This’ll help with placement into teams later on.
Keyblade: Choose from the list here or create your own. If you're choosing a keyblade from the games, you are not allowed to have your character have the Kingdom Key (unless your character is Sora), Kingdom Key D, Starseeker, Master Keeper (unless the character is Aqua or Eraqus), Rainfall/Stormfall, Void Gear (unless playing Vanitas), Xehanort's Keyblade, the Keyblade of People's Hearts, Oblivion, Oathkeeper, Wayward Wind (unless playing Ventus), Earthshaker/Ends of the Earth (except for Terra), Way to the Dawn (Except for Riku), Chaos Ripper, No Name, Fenrir, the Ultima Weapons, and of course the χ-blade. This is either due to them canonically being another character's Keyblade, important to the plot of the universe, or just plain overpowered stat-wise in the games that even without stats in the RP it still couldn't be a conceivable weapon for character use.
If you're making a character's keyblade design up, please state here if it's a transformed form of another item that's important to the character, similar to how Way to the Dawn is a transformed form of Soul Eater in Kingdom Hearts 2. (i.e. The Heart of Kandrakar for Will Vandom from W.I.T.C.H. Raising Heart for Nanoha from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, etc.)
However, keep in mind that just because you put the keyblade here doesn't mean there won't be opportunity for it to change during the course of the game.
