Warm days

Finally mum is pleased with the weather, she got sunshine at last. I like the sunshine too, because when the sun is shining you don't get soaked going for walks, but it does get a bit warm when you have a black coat on you all the time. We don't go for long walks when it's really warm, mum says it's better to take it easy, so we start off the day

It's very important to take lots of naps in hot weather too. Sophie has been very good about this, although she does want to go out and play with her new Frisbee, but I tell her we need to wait until early evening, when she can run a lot more without getting too hot.

I take naps all the time! It's great, and then you are well rested when it's time to play!
I've never played with a frisbee, but I've seen other dogs do that. Looks kind of fun, but I prefer balls and squeaky toys like my purple bird. Sometimes I bring it with me when mum and I are going in the car, I think it's important that my bird gets to go in the car too.
