Another Insane Work Day

Today was an insane day at work. I made the mistake of scheduling 4 intakes last Thursday, and I was out sick on Monday, and June 30 was end of the fiscal year, so I'm still playing catch-up from these things. Today I got up late, quickly swung by my Hialeah office to drop off paperwork from last week on my way in to see clients at my Kendall

Sure, nothing wrong with that. I didn't give away any identifying information about the kid in question -- just a list of diagnoses -- so confidentiality is not at issue here. And believe it or not, that's not a unique set of diagnoses -- I've seen it before.
