Why is it in Xmen final movie, when Jean is wreaking EVERYTHING, she can dispose of Logan's top off his body, but not a smiggen of his pants or underwear??

Skim to 3:40min, it's THAT part. Stupid. My "child" pointed it out ;)

i was pissed that jean couldn't fuck shit up on wolverine. i was like...OK SHE JUST DISSOLVED A FUCKING JET. i just suspended disbelief and said to myself that she wasn't killing him because a part of her still loved him.
as for naughty bits: it would have been better if she dissolved his wiener and he grew it back lol
