I assume you're criticising women who formula-feed when they have the option to breastfeed, as opposed to women who cannot breastfeed for some reason (milk won't come in no matter what they do or what herbs they take, they need to take medication that is counterindicated with breastfeeding, they are in an abusive situation in which breastfeeding is not safe for them or the child, etc) right?
The other thing is that Crohn's has far more of a hereditary component than it does a breast/formula feeding component. My mother has VERY severe Crohn's and I and each of my siblings had something like a 1/100, rather than 1/2500, chance of having it. Thankfully none of us do, but still.
All of that said: Crohn's is such a miserable illness that one would think that people would take every precaution within their control to make sure their kids don't get it. Especially since they work for the org, I'd let them know those stats.
I know a guy with Crohn's. As Kuaimao said above, it's an utterly miserable condition to be in. The dude is pretty much constantly depressed and in pain.
