I bought bedsheets from ASDA that did not have plastic; they were the 'bed in a bag' sort, knit cotton rather than woven.

I've also bought bedsheets from second-hand shops in the past.

Unfortunately for my plastic removal quest, it's been superceded by the health benefits involved in my cardboard removal quest. Down with the box! *sigh*
