i made shortbread and gingersnaps with spelt. they where awesome! a little nutty tasing. i'm sure your cake will be wonderful! good to know about the baking soda/powder thing.

i too am more excited about jason opening his presents than i am about my own. pumpkin cranberry bread sounds SOOOOOO good!
