Apple Chutney

So, I made apple chutney last night and canned a lot of it. I just mixed the rest with some cream cheese, which sounded really good in theory but didn't taste too fantastic in practice. It's not awful but it's not great. The chutney, on the other hand, turned out middling well - I think I reduced it too much so there's a lot of apple cider vinegar

I'm just not sure I can get behind anything called "chutney." It's such an awful word!!

I know, it's like the least sexy food word ever. This is pretty tasty though!
