Today does not look promising
Today has not gotten off to an auspicious start. For starters, woke up far too early thanks to a very weird, short dream. I dreamed I received my package of DVDs, but instead of what I had purchased, I instead had received 1 unknown DVD and two VHS tapes of Frankenstein's Bride and The X-Files. Shirts, tiny legos, and HTTYD
Went to Target. Spent far too much money getting two t-shirts (one is red and has a diagram of the Millenium Falcon, the other is black and says Vader's Coming! Look Busy.) and a tiny Lego star destroyer that was, like, $3. It's so dinky and adorkable. Two Transformers OCs
Just making a note for myself here. If I ever decide to try and write Transformers fanfic and need OCs, I now have two in mind to use.

Fighting depression one tea at a time
Finally found some St. John's Wort in the grocery store, in capsule format. Rather than mess with the swallowing of that huge thing, I opened a capsule and mixed it in with my tea. It was not bad, however it did all sink to the bottom, leaving the last gulps of tea a gritty, nasty mess. The bottle says I'm supposed to take two a day, but I think I' ( Read more... ) -
Hello day
Today is a beautiful day. It's cool, the sun is shining, there are clouds dotting the sky, and all the smog has yet to build up and make everything gross and brown after the last rain storm. Theoretically, I should be happy as a clam, bouncy and outside riding a bike or something ( Read more... ) -
End of the empty house
Parents are slated to be home this evening, which means today is the last of the days of an empty house for me. I'm not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, it gets kinda dull being alone; on the other hand, being alone means I can get up at night and walk around without disturbing people, watch tv and movies on the big screen, actually ( Read more... ) -
Sleep schedule getting wonky
Being home alone, I've found, always leads to my sleep schedule getting completely turned upside down. I have theories as to why, but the point remains that it is 2am and I am not really sleepy, so I haven't bothered to get off this couch, turn off the tv, and go to sleep ( Read more... )
