Well, good to see you here. Sounds like a lot of transitioning, especially moving from (NY, right?) to Michigan - and then to wherever. Hope it is a good feeing to anticipate being with family. That can be a mixed blessing for some.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to being at home. It's not without its sacrifices but it's one of the few things of which I'm certain of the sacrifice's value in advance.

Alas, definitely not Texas as wherever I move will have to have a fellowship I applied to which is also interested in taking me. The subset of those sets does unfortunately not include your large state.
