Oui un peu pareil, les vitrines cet hiver ne m'avaient pas super intéressée (et puis vu ce que je chope sur eBay ou boutique gothique, voilà, quoi XD).
It helps, but from what I understand to the issue, the artist (Anne) needs a photo of the actual garment, or, even better, the sweater itself, to take legal action. It's a sweater from the winter collection, so it's not on ZARA's website anymore, and that's what makes it hard to find. :/

With it, you identify an image, and it looks for it across the Internet.
Hope that helps. If they did plagiarize it, they are liable for ten of thousands of dollars in damages!
