Yeah, guess it's about time huh? You'd think that since I was home all weekend and had the laptop right across the room from me I'd be updating more frequently right? Wrong, dead wrong

I remember those days!clearwater55November 28 2005, 22:24:39 UTC
I remember those days of freezing my butt off during football games as I too was in the marching band. I'd say the only things I ever looked forward to was the parades where non-football fans were out to see the floats, listen to the bands etc. Of course I was in Jr. High (back then 9th grade was still considered Jr. High level. Now a days it's High school level.) when I played in the marching, concert and all county bands. I played clarinet (musical insturment in the wood wind family.). Oh I remember those days when we'd have to wear long jons under our uniforms and the countless hours of practice time.
Oh, thought you knew, Matthew goes to Plainedge now. He was doing well academically at Kellenburg but he didn't have many friends there and wasn't as involved in activities as my mom wanted him to be. Most of his friends go to Plainedge and my parents thought our public school would be more supportive (they don't have full-time guidance counselors at Kellenburg) so they transferred him out and he's doing pretty well over there. Too bad we didn't get to talk more at church. See you in a few weeks when I'm home for Christmas.
Hi from a new guytoonheadNovember 29 2005, 04:53:07 UTC
Hey. I just read your journal and added you to my friend's page. I also remember football games back in HS, I was in the marching band and man dude, we froze our fucking asses off sometimes! Late november was not good to us. Either way, it sounds like you had a good time at home and going to friendlys. You know we don't have any of those here in Illinois, and I think it's an outrage! Either way, feel free to add me to your friends page if you like. My lj isn't updated as often as it probably should be. I'm a fellow broadcaster on ACB Radio Interactive so I understand the whole broadcasting thing and it's in my blood for good! lol!
