Mango Sorbet is Not An Experiment

I think I've definitely cracked it, the recipe for Mango Sorbet. I've repeated it often enough (and I'm eating some riiiight now, yum) that I can declare this recipe repeatable. And it's very simple, just two ingredients!

Ingredients:
* 3 fresh mangos
* 7 tablespoons Natvia

It sounds delicious! I'm not sure I'll be able to find Natvia or the other thing in Chile, but maybe it's just ignorance from my part. I'll ask around.

It was delicious, indeed.

I have no idea if you will be able to find Natvia or Erythritol either. 8-( Erythritol is the chemical name, there are various brands with different names which I can't remember, but when you look at the ingredients list, it should have "Erythritol" there.
