I really like these episode-centric drabbles you've been writing! Something different for you and yet very distinctively your own voice, tiny, jewel-like prose-poems polished to a fare-thee-well.

Buffy really does carry the weight of the world on her tiny shoulders - and she's just a little girl, not out of her teens. I admire her so much.

She's only half a season past her traumatic eighteenth birthday at that point, of course.

I can't help but wonder if part of the reason she treated Spike as she did in S6, and let him treat her he way she did was because she still blamed herself for having to send Angel to Hell.
