"the littlest duckling"-- that's just right. Very nice moment you gave us.

he could be so stubborn. A trait he had inherited from his dad, undoubtedly.

Nice one. :)

This is adorable. I was at the try-out for this episode at the Priory Tavern and John Finnemore explained that there was a scene he hadn't yet written where Wendy and Martin would be untangling the cables that Arthur had brought with him, and during the conversation while they were doing it, they would get a better understanding of each other and feel even more affectionate to each other. The entire audience went, "D'awwww!" and John laughed and said, "Oh, good, I don't need to write the scene - I'll just stop the recording and explain what I would have written!" Obviously that scene never did get written, but I was reminded of it while reading your lovely story.

Thank you for your kind words!
I was actually quite touched by Prunella Scales´ portrayal of Wendy (she did remind me of the Major in Fawlty Towers a little), since it does become clear at one point that she cares about Martin (when she talks about Google) and that she's a lot more perceptive than he thought. And yet I'd have loved that scene- in fact, the more, the better. I only wish they hadn't been confined to those thirty minutes every time, and that BC weren't so busy. I sincerely do hope we'll get some more Cabin Pressure! :)

Again, thank you!
