Barnes and Noble, Nook e-books, non-US readers

So, andpuff has a new book out as an e-book, being sold by Barnes and Noble for the Nook. Great, I thought, Nook is ePub and I can read that

Well, it may well be available from some of the other sites when they come up. Or it may be another publisher thing (although B&N do say "Nook Books" as though it's all of that type).

See djbp's comment, apparently Apple UK have it. So hopefully the others will be more sensible than B&N and let us buy it...

Barnes and Noble has been spamming my GMail account nonstop for about three years, guaranteeing that I won't buy anything from them. My only guess is that they have a formula which says that every spam they send out equals some amount of income, so since I'm not buying from them anyway, they're making more money off me than they would if they didn't spam me (even though then I might buy something). The wonders of imaginary accounting.

Actually, that is a help because it indicates that it's B&N being stupid and not a problem with the publisher (the latter was the case for one of Seanan's, which the publisher wouldn't allow in othe countries). So I expect that when the Smashwords version becomes live we should be able to get it. Thanks.
