LJ notifications gone astray?

I seem to be not receiving LJ notifications of things like comments, the last one I got was at around 10:30UT yesterday (and there have been several comments on my comments and posts since then). Is anyone else seeing this?

I opt not to receive notifications, but fwiw I'm noticing that pics and vids are not loading properly and that the whole thing is still slower than was its wont.

These past few days my comment notifications have been majorly delayed. It's annoying, really.

I just got one, looking at the comment time LJ sat on it for about 5 hours before even creating the email! But at least the bear dances, even if not too well...

May I ask why this is under a "only suitable for persons over 14 years of age" restriction?

No, you're not old enough to know *g*.

It's because you aren't logged in, or have been logged out, (or you haven't declared your age to LJ). My LJ is set to "may cover adult topics" so if you are of unknown (to LJ) age you'll get the warning. Most of my posts you wouldn't see it, because they are f-list only, but this one is public so you stil se it even if not logged in.
