Your sister as well? It really was for the best that I decided not to go...I'll see if I can avoid her. It won't do any good if she comes looking for us, though.

No, but I can't say I welcome the idea of crawling into a confined space with you. Still, if it helps us avoid your sister, I'm not completely opposed to it.

I could always just go to my room if she comes in here. She should still be at the soiree right now, so I don't think we need to worry.

It would have been nice if she could get along with the people here. But after this it will probably be more difficult.

But I suspect she won't be as close to the man who stood her up. And I thought they were on very good terms.
