Dean has to be shirtless this season.

In Season One, we got both boys shirtless, but Dean was the clear winner:
Dean: "Skin," "Scarecrow," "Route 666"
Sam: "Hell House"

In Season Two, we got Sam shirtless: "Heart"
("What Is and What Should Never Be" and Dean waking up in bed shirtless does not count. There was not enough oogle time.)
