I posted what I thought it said on the color version of the pic but I thought I might as well put it here too because that entry is kinda old.

It says どうしよう　dou shiyou, which means "what should I do" (I think, it might be possible it says "what are you doing" but the subject isn't made perfectly clear) and then it says 起きれない okirenai　which is like "don't wake up"

Yeah, I think it's "what should I do", too. Fits in with the どきどき doki doki - the fast beating of little Shuuhei's heart. ♥
