i happened to get an e-mail today about them

"Your Bonnaroo 2009 tickets will ship on May 27th, 2009 to the shipping address
on your order via UPS.

Please e-mail bonnarootix@musictoday.com from the e-mail address on the order no
later than Monday May 11th if you need your shipping address changed to an
address where you will be able to receive your tickets on May 29th."
