McCain is going to cure Autism? huh? wtf? Is this the same way he "knows how to find bin Laden" but won't tell us unless we elect him? Or the same way he "knows how to end the war" but won't tell us if we don't elect him ( Read more... )

I have a friend who's a plumber. He makes a heck of a lot more than I do.

Yeah, I imagine that a lot of plumbers are not classified as "middle class".

I wonder if the $200k tax break and $250k tax increase is per household or individual though. I would imagine in NYC a lot of households make over $250k, but the individuals don't.

yeah dude. my plumber friend has a couple harleys, a super nice house, and a boat that they take to the river in their bitchen trailer house thing.

i mean, they would be bummed if they had to pay more taxes, but it's not like they are struggling to begin with.

Yeah, where did autism even come from? He somehow leaped there from Palin's kid, who has Down syndrome. Down syndrome is, you know, a different thing. Another motto for the McCain campaign could be, "Whatever, they're all retards, right?"

I hope he finds a middle ground to help autistic plumbers.

Joe the plumber is an actual guy! I suspect he was paid by McCain's camp to ask Obama that exact question, on TV, just so McCain's whoe debate could revolve around it.

Joe was all over the news yesterday. John Stewart had a great line last night on The Daily Show, basically saying that Joe the Plumber has now given more interviews in this election than Sarah Palin has.
