Since the reversathon Masterlist is out, I'm now able to properly squee over the gorgeous story I received:

Come to Make Me Pay (Lucius/Sirius, NC-17) by comtesse_sin. Which, despite the rating and definite hotness, shines for its complex plot and the breath-taking intricacy of its wizarding world where Lucius struggles to regain his position. So worth reading! (*pokes ( Read more... )

I remember this fic. I searched for "Harry" in the document and then clicked back when he didn't turn up *ashamed* ... Will definitely read it when I have the time!

Oh god, I hate Lucius. I'd shoot him like a dog in the street. Marvellous job on Percy characterisation, as usual :) And the imagery- sexual and contextual- brilliant.

Heeeh! Poor Lucius - everybody ends up hating him ;). Glad you liked it - especially Percy, because I felt rather wibbly about getting him across right :). Thank you!

Thanks! I'm glad I managed to sell you Percy (who isn't my most favourite character either, but suprisingly fun to write).

I hope something really horrible happens to Lucius in book 7.

Loved it. Every freaking minute of it, how you captured Percy knowing Ron's feelings on the whole thing, it was spot on, because it's just how Ron would feel. And of course you still gave us tons of Ron/Lucius to play with, even in the end, knowing that Ron got the kiss that Percy "didn't" want. Brilliant work, I can't wait to see what you do for the comm challenge with Ron/Lucius and thanks by the way for the extension, I'm still a bit stuck...I've got most of it, but soon I will be done...oh yes, I will be done...lol.

Thanks! Ron's feelings... I seriously chuckled at Percy there because he was so *sure* he had his little bro figured out, and I wasn't so sure at all... My mental Ron is a bit tougher than that ;). That's one of the things I love about writing Percy - he's so sure he's figured everything out, even if he gets it all wrong :).

And I'm just as happy that people preferred an extension because I'm so painfully behind with my own fic ;). Glad to see you get a bit more air out of it too :).
