Yeah, there's no way he just settled into any kind of routine. And if anybody, including God, messes with him or Sam, they're going to get yelled at, at the very least.

Oof. I can see Dean reacting this way. With Lisa and Ben out of town, with no one to fake it for. Yeah, he'd hit that 'anger' stage of grief, and hit it hard. Thinking of all the things he knows they'll do to Sam. And that last line hit me hard.

That last part is something I believe to be completely true. To have the smidge of hope ripped away is the worst kind of pain.
