Where do stones come into it? You know, like, "Me wife is four stone, I'm five."

Neither list is complete. The fluid volume one doesn't have the measures above a gallon.

And the weight one is all based on one source.

If I recall correctly, a stone is 14 pounds, so that'd be 2 cloves or one quarter.
