new hardware, yay!

Well, new to me anyway.

Doug was upgrading his main server and gave me a deal on the old one.

Started out a a Dell Precision T3500
Intel Xeon CPU, 3.2 GHz, 6 cores
24 gig of RAM
an OK vid card (two DVI ports and an S-video port)
DVD drive
RAID

I'll have to decide which spare drives go in it and and what OS to install.

ps. it's *heavy*, 34 lbs.

Install Apple IOS on it. LOL

Won't run on that hardware. Might be able to install one of the later Mac OSes though.
