Something is borked on my sewing machine!

I have a pair of pants to make and 40 feet of trim to sew onto the hem of a skirt, and they have to be done by Tuesday night, when I pack for GenCon.

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy does it do this, now?

Kleiber's is crazy slow normally but maybe they can do a rush job?

Last time I had a tension issue he was able to look at it and fix it in 5 minutes.
