What a beautiful, sad and musical story - I'm completely in love with the world as seen through Daeron's eyes (and words). I love where you ended it, even as I wish there was more.

Thank you so much! Before I started this story, I wasn't a particular fan of Daeron-- he seemed like a petulant artist who ratted out Luthien because she didn't return his love. But for the sake of this story, I had to re-cast him in my own eyes as, well, still a petulant artist--but also someone who is passionate and empathetic. :)
