that's a teacher training trip. The full-time teachers pay only 300 bucks.And there are still some vacancies available for few of us (new teachers). We have to pay for the air-plane tickets ourselves and the rest are sponsored by the authorities in China. I used my one-month-salary plus 300 bucks for this trip as it would be another good experience for me. :)
