praline bacon

1 lb sliced bacon
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup chopped pecans (we used walnuts because who the hell keeps pecans on hand?  anyway, the were just as delicious)

Line 2 baking pans with foil. Make sure the pans are the kind with an edge around them.
Arrange bacon in a single layer in pans.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, drain.
