How to String Along Ten Guys at Once [1.3]

Jun 05, 2011 00:51

Hey and welcome back (again, for the second time in one night)! I'm not going to recap where we left off, because I literally published that chapter about twenty minutes ago, so...yeah, no point.

Anyway, here we go!

Meet Sinbad Rotter, the baddest boy in town.
Ironically, Storm only pegged him as a conquest because she showed up at his house to get to know his roommate - Goodwin Goode. Storm met Goodwin at a party, and he was just so gorgeous that I decided he'd be the final boyfriend. So I wanted them to get to know each other a little bit first, which I still plan on, but when I saw Sinbad I couldn't resist him being Storm's ninth boyfriend - yes, we're already at NINE.

Using my old trick, they were dating in no time. And holy crap, don't they just make the most gorgeous couple?
If I hadn't already decided that Storm was going to be with Goodwin, I might've considered Sinbad as a husband (despite the fact that he's hot-headed, a kleptomaniac, evil, and mean-spirited. His other trait is flirty, but I didn't see that being an issue).

Anywhoooo, they dated briefly, slept together, and then promptly broke up. And, unlike the other guys, Sinbad didn't react as if he'd been hurt: he got angry.

What a time for Storm to clue into his hot-headedness, LOL.

Not even minutes after breaking up with Sinbad, Storm sauntered right across the hall to where her friend Goodwin was chilling in his bedroom. And then she ~made her move.
(Did I mention how much of a class act Storm is? ;])

Anyway, their first kiss actually came a fair bit later, because both Storm and Goodwin were constantly busy and running into conflicting schedules. But strangely enough, that wasn't the biggest problem: Goodwin had a girlfriend.

Ugh. I hate breaking up couples; it makes me feel so bad. But in this case, I just don't care enough to prevent myself from doing it. Storm needs a tenth boyfriend, and I want Goodwin to marry her and father her children.

While all this tumultuousness was going on, Storm got a new job in the music career track; she had literally nothing to do at the fire station, since she had reached the top there, so I've decided to give her a new challenge.

Also, since it was Storm's birthday and she's a party animal, I decided to let her throw herself a party, inviting almost all of her ex boyfriends and a few others that she knows vaguely from parties.

Gotta say, I'm impressed: everyone on her guest list (plus a few people who she didn't invite) showed up! Looks like Storm's house is the place to be tonight!

Anyway, birthday time! And how nice, to celebrate with friends. :)

After the party wrapped up and Storm was an adult, she asked Goodwin to stay behind because they hadn't actually been able to do much hanging out while the party was going on. So she put her moves on him, and finally got what she (read as: I) wanted:

YES.
(I do feel bad, especially after finding out that the Jenny he was dating was the mother of his illegitimate son. Whoops! But what's done is done.)

Anyway, after that, the rest was cake and Goodwin Goode became Storm's tenth and final boyfriend.

And then they got it on.
(And SHIT, I heard a lullaby.)

Also, YAY! Proof that she finished!
(I may have to rename this challenge.)

Bahaha you're pregnant.

Anyway, since there was a bun in the oven, I had Storm propose to Goodwin real quickly, and then got her ready to throw herself a bachelorette party.

Unfortunately for me, the little sprog beat me to the punch; Storm got maternity wear before she could even throw herself a party, and consequently all of her wedding outfit possibilities went down the drain.
 FML.

However, she did have quite the lovely evening with her girls. There was also a dancer that one of them must have hired, but he ran upstairs and disappeared before he could show off his moves.

I was disappoint. By my standards the party was a failure because I didn't get to see any champagne squirting or sexy dancing. Guh. I'll try harder with whoever I marry off next.

WEDDING DAY'S HERE!

Storm: "WHAT THE FUCK AM I WEARING? THIS ISN'T A WEDDING DRESS."

I know, honey; I know.

Unfortunately for me, everything about this wedding (barring the turnout) was an absolute fail. Storm got married in maternity wear, Goodwin looked uncomfortably like some sort of angel, and they didn't even get an arch or chairs because I couldn't figure out how to place them on a community lot (in retrospect I remember now, but it was awful at the time). So the pictures of the event look like shit, even though they chose a fairly nice locale.

Yeah.
FML.

Anyway, when Goodwin moved in I discovered that his LTW is to save like 30 people from death, which is a firefighter job. So I got him started in that profession.

(I'll show you his stats in the next chapter, I promise.)

GAAAAAAAH, THE BABY IS COMING!
SO. EXCITE.

Welcome to the sim world, baby Evan Bates! Due to some miracle of God, the pregnancy went well (despite the fact that neither of his parents read any pregnancy books, and Goodwin almost always neglected to massage Storm when she was crampy), and I got to choose his traits. I settled for friendly, and a genius like his mother. :)

And here we have little Evan! He's precious and, I'm pretty sure, blonde like Goodwin. That's a surprise!

Anywho, that's all from me for now! Later, gators :]
