The Adventures of Addison Barros, Celebrity Relic-Hunter [10]
Welcome back to Addison's adventures! Let's recap under the cut :)
So last time, Addi did some dancing at a club (and if you saw the video you know there was lols involved), and Ian took to writing. Youssef flew to Bridgeport and, at Addi's insistence, joined the crazy house that is the Barros palace. Youssef joined the architecture career and I shit my pants because it's going to be one bumpy ride. Addi and Youssef had a baby boy who I named Kamal because it's sort of an Egyptian name, I think? Well, its origin stems from the Middle East, at least. There was stepfather-stepson bonding, and baby-to-family bonding. Kamal aged up at an alarming rate, Addi played guitar, and Youssef was a mediocre designer. He also got promotions without going to work. And that's what you missed on Glee! The Adventures of Addison Barros, Celebrity Relic-Hunter!
I was underwhelmed (and frankly a little concerned) with the progress Youssef was (not) making as an architectural designer, so I decided he needed to switch his LTW and change careers. He's a stylist now, with dreams of making it to the top of that career track.
Since Youssef can watch Ian and Kamal, I decided to send Addi on a vacation by herself - to be honest, I felt bad when she had to bring Ian along, because he had nothing to do. Bringing all three boys would just be painful to me, because they'd literally sit around doing nothing for five days.
TL;DR: IT'S LADIES NIGHT, OH WHAT A NIGHT!
Anyway, when Addi returned to Egypt she collected the rest of the shit she needed to get and reported back to the guy. And thus started an adventure chain.
TO THE PICSPAM:
LOL jks, she couldn't do the next adventure for a little while, because it was infiltrating someone's house, but they weren't home. She went to the catacombs at the cemetery instead.
When she came out to continue with her adventuring, she was mysteriously singed.

In other news, something happened between this picture and the next one which I forget, but I assume it was another opportunity slide or something that I forgot to take a picture of. Anyway, Addi went to a pyramid.

Oh, right! Addi had to pick up a relic or some shit for some people, and take it back to them. *Nods.* Yeah, that's what happened.
So after I went and dropped off the relic, they wanted me to serve some shawarma to this chick to get more information about the third relic. I couldn't seem to figure out how to give her a food I couldn't make, so I was like "yo, fuck this shit!" and decided to go for a different opportunity.
Raided the Copper Quarry and got a relic for some guy. Like a boss.
Yeah, you are wel-come!
Anyway, I went back to try the shawarma opportunity again after google searching it and figuring out the answer. Turns out all I had to do was buy the recipe book, read the recipe book, cook the shawarma, and give it to her.
That's a whole lot of damn work for one relic. Jeezus.
Anyway, we finally got it. :D

Anyway, back at the Barros household it was time for Ian's transition to young adulthood.

Anyway, I got to pick Ian's last trait so I went for vegetarian. I think he's going to be that kind of athletic guy with a good heart who's brave and awesome and macho in a good way, except secretly ~emotional inside (hence the writing). :D
Outfit/hair/eyebrow update (okay, just an outfit update).

Ian, you are quite the looker.
So Youssef started off his first day as a stylist with a promotion.

So this is Seraphina.
She was actually a friend of Ian's in high school, who I never mentioned until now because I wasn't sure if they would date. Seeing her up close, I've decided they will.
SHE WILL BECOME A BARROS AND LIVE IN THE HOUSE FOREVER.
MUAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAA.

Anyway, things got romantic very fast, and soon they went from friends to ~romantic interests to dating. Awww.
And then Seraphina passed out on the side lawn.
At least she's comfortable here?

Oh, but before we go, Kamal got his LTW. Hit movie composer? I can do that!
Anyway, back to Addi. She completed the tomb that she'd been sucked out of, and picked up the relic that she needed.
Yaaay for Visa points!
Shortly after finishing that opportunity, Addi switched sides and played for the bad guys' team.
So her assignment was to infiltrate James Vaughan's lair (the good guys' secret hiding place), which took forever because there were so many codes to open up the doors. I cheated and looked the up online. xD
In the end, she got through to hack the main computer.
And then she spread the good - er, bad - word about the good guys (meaning she made their name mud. Unfortunate).
Moving on!
Adventure chaining. Just whatever. Again, moving on.
Found the relic!
Anyway, I've decided to cut down the adventure picspam because it just makes the chapters way too long. That's why you're not seeing much of the tombs - despite the fact that they were pretty spectacular, and I wish I could've included more).
Easy way to get Visa points? I think so!
Bring on the tomb-visiting.
So close to finished the opportunity and, of course, the vacation ends.
A couple of days passed in Bridgeport, during which nothing of consequence happened so I took no pictures, and then Addi returned to Al Simhara.
I booked her for an 8 day vacation to give her lots of time to get her Visa, but of course she was 97% of the way done. Bahaha, irony. Anyway, back to visiting all the tombs...
YEAH.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Anyway, she returned to the guy to report back and then moved on to the next adventure.

Regardless, Addi got the key she needed and was on her way.
Okay, NGL, Hatsheput has a lot of secret love-nests. The game is PG enough to call them "hide-outs," but the opportunities imply this is where she and her lover went to do the nasty.
Except she had multiple places, with multiple bedrooms. Why didn't they just buy a house together?! Like, that seems infinitely more easy than going to the servant's quarters.
Yaaaaaay Addison, you has a key & completed the tomb! :D
Continuing on, she got to go check out the tomb underneath the market. Picspam now:

Getting back on track, we're off to find another lovenest!

Since that opportunity was complete, I figured it would be okay to send Addison home for the final time; now that she's completed her LTW, I probably won't send her travelling again.
And surprise! Since we've reached the end of the tenth chapter, I feel obliged to tell you that the "heirship" will be transferring from Addison to both her sons. Because I'm not eager to let either of them leave the house and be out of my sight, free to age, marry, and die without me knowing about it, both Ian and Kamal will be living in the house with their families, doing their thang. :D
This'll be interesting.
