Wednesday the 2nd: heading home

I didn't sleep well, and I'm absolutely positive I was awake between 6.15 and my alarm going off at its usual time of 7 am, but I heard no sound from the other rooms. The House of the Hydraulic She-Cat!!! I love it. So disappointed that it turns out to have something to do with jacks though. *pouts*

Your airport meal sounds great. Especially that glass of wine. Definitely the manner in which to prep for a long flight.

That's good to know about the World Traveller Plus class. (Makes note.)

So it's back to your alternate route home from the airport I take it?

It must feel great to be home and to have struck so many things off your list for Chile and Agentina.

I think I have a photo of The House from the 2005 trip. I will dig around and post it here if I can find it.

From what I've seen, in limited searches, the Plus class is typically nearly twice the price of Economy. My return flight looks as if it was a freak bargain.

Yes, I will be back with the Feltham route. It's above ground, and with plenty of interesting things to look at - and I now appreciate how that makes up for the possible wait times for the various changes.
