I worked the Toronto Wine and Cheese show today. 10 hours of mixing, shaking and pouring Remy/Cointreau/Lime sidecars. I'm still damn good at free pouring a perfect pour for multiple servings all at once. While I was working and engaging the people who came up to our fancy fancy booth I realized something

Maybe you just were never in the right environment before. Maybe you liked being the "star" drinksmeister or something like that. Maybe you're learning more about yourself and what makes you happy.
