Ohhh, the Box Hill picnic is one of my favorite parts of the book!

At the same time, I soooo get the busy-ness :)

I find the Box Hill picnic scene absolutely mortifying - Emma behaves so very badly! - but it is an excellent scene largely because of that.

I'm not going - cannot swing it. I haven't been before, but the folks who have gone seem to love it. It's mostly bloggers talking about blogging, yes - events, reviews, how-tos, etc. There's quite a bit of networking that goes on, too, since there are quite a few publishers who send folks these days.
