On blog interviews

As many of you know, I conduct interviews here from time to time. And a few weeks back in a comment somewhere along the line, Jenn Hubbard (writerjenn) suggested that I do a post sometime on how I do my interviews. The exact system evolved a bit, but it's pretty much how I've done it from day one. Better to be overprepared than under, was my philosophy.

I'm sure most of my process was self-evident, but since Jenn asked, I figured I should asnwer her request. Folks are welcome to boost my "technique," not that there's any real mystery to it.
