I honestly don't know, it was just this feeling I had. Before you were all "things are fine I'll explain later".

Probably had to do with the fertility book showing up in your list months ago. Planted a seed, even if it wasn't legit at the time. Or something. What I'm saying is that I was predisposed to think it.
