I am so sore from working out Tuesday-Friday and Sunday-Monday. I am really getting used to this working out thing. Of course I have my friend Alex to help keep me on track. Although all he really does is lift some weights and watch TV as I walk/run a mile and a half on the treadmill and then do 15-30 mins of arm and leg weights. I had alot of
