I'm grateful for my family, for my friends, and for finally starting to find a way to let go of things I've let stay bottled up for too long. Everything else for me just seems to follow at that point.
Having the presence of mind to be able to support them, too.
Being able to look people in the eye and say the truth about how I'm feeling.
Truthfully being able to say I feel good most of the time.
The pile of unopened bills is still there, but it's smaller, and I get around to paying them before the electricity goes off or the car crashes or I get evicted. If not total serenity, it is at least, the absence of disaster. So, grateful. :D

My health.
Sunshine.

All the dumb luck I've had this year.
The ability to choose my own destiny.
And every one of those 358 days.
