I knew that if anyone could defeat this virus, Jensen would be the man with the combination of skills and determination. Wonderful fic! Everything was described perfectly and at times had me screaming in denial that something bad could really happen to my favorite pairing.

I finally got the time to read this and I loved it. I love competent Jensen. Most authors write him as nearly childlike - someone the rest of the group (esp Cougar) has to protect. Not that I don't enjoy that too, but it was just really nice to see Jensen taking care of Cougar for a change.

And I loved the WalMart scenes. I could actually get a really good mental picture in my mind of how the group was entrenched in there. *G*

Yeah, I love competent Jensen too. He shows up in the movie but since Jensen jokes and stuff so much the competency is hard to find. I especially love the scene where he forgot his gun.

I think that whole scene, while not maybe planned was that Jensen was the distraction, the whole byplay between him and Pooch meant to distract Aisha until they could shoot her. I noticed how she looked at the mirrored ceiling before shooting Jensen, then the ceiling.

Hee, that Walmart is based on the Walmart here that we go to every week. I could probaby find stuff in that store blindfolded.
