Too bad you can't start a night's sleep over again...

Went to bed at 12 - way too late for a work night. Wake up in a panic at 3:45 from a bad nightmare. Trestin sits up and holds me until I am calmed a bit to go to sleep again. Hmmmm.... Too many sweets and candy this time of year?? I know that will sometimes cause me to wake in a sweat.

Wonder if the "kids" might be finding some of it also, making them sick. I remember one time our first dog getting sick ---she was throwing up gum wrappers! They'll eat ANYTHING---and can find it anywhere no matter where it might be hidden or how small it might be (think wrappers under the couch :)!)!

Could also just be the letting go of the stress of the holidays. I find after running in "high gear" for a month, I assume when the pressure is off things will get back to normal, but my body has a reaction to the "non-stress!" Like, "Hey, where's the adrenalin overdose I'm used to," and needs to adjust. Possible?

Hope you get a good night tonight, and those "sweets" you get from your roommate are the *good* kind! Can never have too many of those!

Hugs!
