Well, I know I don't update as much as I used to, I just don't usually feel like it. But I went to the Badger State Feis on Saturday and did pretty well. yay! that's great! the reel is the one dance i never got my first in in open...blech. and now i'm back to doing it in prelims, hence why i didn't place. i thought it was amazing, but apparently my judges disagreed. thanks, 15 out of 19 in softshoe. oh well. i was one off placing. good job with treble reel, too...i think my group was about 30 or so, and it seemed to take forever! my hands hurt afterwards, and i was there til like 7 waiting for stupid results for the prelims i didn't place in and the treble reel i didn't place in.

but yeah, good job! i'm glad dance is going well for you...i'm in a bit of a rut. next feis? i'm going to be at milwaukee, i should try to come watch you if you're going.

I'm going to Milwaukee too. Also this year I'm going to Iowa, Michigan (Muskegon), Pat Roche (hopefully if I get in) and Autumn Feis (again, if I get in).
I know how you feel with the judges and blah. I (and my friend) thought I did really well in my hornpipe but turns out I was 10 points away from the first. Eek!
