I'd agree with that. I think one of the issues is they tried to make Batman the standard superhero, when he's just not. You expect me to buy that he brings chicks to the Batcave, Tim Burton?

Animated Batman is the best batman.. with the Batman Beyond char as a close second for me as far as motion batman goes :)

I never got into Batman Beyond for some reason, but maybe sometime I'll give it another try. I need to rewatch all of TAS first tho. :)

I like that it holds true to who Batman is.. But its with Bruce having to let Terry wear the suit because he just can't do it anymore. Also watching Bruce gain the respect for the abilities of the kid.. them trusting each other.. and the fact that it still FEELS like Batman. I just really enjoyed it.. The animation style is appealing to me too

I loved reading this. I was so crushed by the drop of the movies, though I still tried to love Batman Forever. I never was sold on Val though. My thoughts exactly about George Clooney... he's a solid actor and did what he could. How could that mess be salvaged?
